How do I start?

Tap Listen to flow when class begins, lock the screen and practice. Tap Stop and get the flow when class ends. Listening stops on its own after two hours.

No class nearby. Can I try it?

Yes. Tap the (i) at the top right of the home screen, then Try the sample class.

It says it can't listen.

ClassStamp needs an iPhone on iOS 26 and English (US) speech. If you said no to the microphone, turn it on in Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > ClassStamp. The first listen may download Apple's speech model, so stay online the first time.

Why is a pose grey?

ClassStamp wasn't sure it heard it right. Tap it to say it was right, change it, or remove it. Your fixes help it hear that pose better next time.

Can I rename a flow?

Yes. Tap Rename under the title on the flow screen or in your history.

Where does the audio go?

Nowhere. ClassStamp turns the class into words on your phone, finds the poses, then deletes the audio and the words. No recording is ever saved or uploaded. Details in the privacy policy.

Can I record a class?

You can listen to any class you take or teach. Getting permission is up to you: some studios and teachers ask that you check first, and some places require everyone's consent. When in doubt, ask the teacher. They usually love getting the flow.

Does it cost anything?

No. ClassStamp is free, with no ads and no account.
